I’ve heard OF Mayor Billy Kenoi but have never HEARD him.I’m not from Hawaii Island and I don’t have an opinion on how he manages the island but I love this commencement speech.He delivers it through a local boy style that stays true to his culture yet also proves how people can adapt to other styles and be effective in their communication. He has a message that he delivers as himself…. not as what is expected of him.
