Sign up below to receive the latest updates about WSA Prime. The exciting new contest series for under 18 shortboarders who aspire to make the Surfing America PacSun US Surf Team. WSA Prime will be the only avenue for West Coast Under 18 shortboarders to make it to the Surfing America US Championships and Team Trials in 2009. WSA Prime will be a series of 6 events held at premier surf spots on the West Coast. It will feature certified judges, computer scoring and 4 person heats. Participation will be invitation only based on 2007/2008 ratings in WSA after West Coast Championships - NSSA Open, NSSA Explorer Girls after the NSSA Western Championships - ISF Finalists in Middle School and High School State Championshsips - Current US Surf Team Members. Invitations emails will go out around July 20 with instructions on registering.
