Kiersten Noonan wins the most prestigious award of the WSA West Coast Championships – The Midget Smith Memorial Sportsmanship Award presented by Sean Mattison of Surf Coach USA and Vonsol Surfboards. The award is a Carver Skateboard/Trophy and a week of coaching from Surf Coach USA. Congratulations Kiersten!
