Happy Birthday to WSAer Peter Mel (top left). Three generations of Mel’s have been WSA surfers starting with Pete’s dad John, Pete and then Pete’s son John. Now Peter is the commissioner of the ASP Big Wave World Tour and a Surfing America Board Member.
